Refund Policy

Our sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of manufacturing problems. Our manufacturer's warranty lasts 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty
 

The warranty lasts for  6 months from the date of purchase and is only valid if the part has a manufacturing defect. Scratches or any other signs of misuse will not be accepted.  
 

If the defect is confirmed, the product can be repaired or replaced by a new one.
 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective and you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to luxlacebycly@gmail.com with a picture of the product.

 

Please contact us and send an e-mail to luxlacebycly@gmail.com with evidence that the item is defective. We will then review your case and get back to you with a solution.

Also, to be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with no missing parts.
